About me

Hi! I’m Jocelyn!

I’m so glad you stopped by! I’m a Richmond native, born and raised. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth and Liberty Universities. I am a mom of 2 and believe family is everything. When I’m not cheering from the sidelines, you can catch me serving at church, laughing with my family, or getting lost in a fiction novel.

Why real estate and property management?

My interest in real estate started in 2016 when my Grandmother passed away. I wanted to turn her home into a rental property and manage it myself. I believed that we could begin creating generational wealth from that one property.

How did I get started in real estate?

I began as a Transaction Coordinator and VA, but after finishing my course and passing my exams on the first try (I was so nervous), I knew I wanted to hop into the race to help families buy, sell and invest.
